CANCELLATION POLICY;
A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel up to 7 days prior to your check in date. If you cancel within less then 7 days to your scheduled check in time no refunds will be given.
RUBBISH:
All Rubbish must be removed from the property as you leave.

FIRE SAFTEY;
Fires only in designated areas; In compliance with local fire regulations. Fires to be extinguished by 12am- no fires are to be left unattended and 9L of water are to be kept near by at all times. There are watering cans available on site. Due to council regulations, The property is to be evacuated on catastrophic fire days, on days with a harvest & vehicle movement ban. And days with total fire ban warning. If you are required to evacuate during your stay you will be refunded the balance for the days that were affected by the fire restrictions.
OUR ANIMALS;
Injuries and fatalities to our animals. We have free range chickens that like to visit as well as a couple of dogs and other birds on site. For any injuries caused guests are 100% liable for all vet costs, any fatalities to the birds incur a $150 fee.
SPRINKLERS AND RETICULATION;
Sprinklers and reticulation If you run over or damage our retic there is a $50 repair charge for sprinklers and $250 for solinoids, all sprinklers are above ground and easy to identify.
